2026 Opening Day

1. Parade - Players and teams can start lining up at Poquonock Elementary School upper parking lot sat 9:30AM. Parade will start promptly at 10AM. Parents and spectators should plan to line the parade route (Poquonock School to Niles Road down to Welch Park Field 2) to cheer and wave.
2. Opening Day Ceremony
- Immediately following the parade
- All Teams and coaches plan to be on field 2 after the parade
- Players please wear your team uniforms
- Parents and spectators may sit in the bleachers or sit/stand outside of the field fences (bring your own chair for fence-viewing)
3. Concession stand will be open!!! Food can be purchased using cash, Venmo or Cash App. Credit Cards are not accepted.
4. Vendors - We have limited spots left for vendors / small businesses to set up a table. If interested, please contact Maggie Essex at fundraisingwindsorlittleleague@gmail.com.
- You must bring your own table and signs. Set up any time after 9am.
5. Schedule of games for Opening Day - All Parents, we are managing teams using the Game Changer app. Please remember to download the Game Changer App, and please be sure to check the app to see if, when and where your player(s) has a game.
6. Photos - Individual and team photos will be on Opening Day, April 25, and will be assigned by team. More information to come.
